DL Orthodontic Laboratory is a family-owned orthodontic lab proudly serving Naperville, IL, and the surrounding Chicago suburbs. Founded by Daiva Levin, DL Orthodontic Lab has grown from humble beginnings into a trusted partner for local dentists and orthodontists seeking high-quality, custom orthodontic appliances.
Daiva’s journey began in Lithuania, where she earned her BA in Medical Science and MA in Dentistry. After relocating to the U.S., she obtained her EDDA and CDT certifications, bringing her expertise to Illinois and building a collaborative, family-run lab rooted in craftsmanship and innovation.
For over 25 years, our experienced team has specialized in fabricating custom orthodontic appliances — including clear retainers, functional devices, digital models, and 3D printed appliances. We've embraced the latest advancements in digital orthodontic technology while staying true to the precision and personal care that define our work.
